The ERA will save women’s right to bodily autonomy. The ERA is fully ratified. Biden needs to do his job and instruct his executive branch employee the archivist to do her job, or he could do an Executive Order. This could be a boon for Biden to do an Emancipation Proclamation for Women. Biden needs to stop fighting against women in court!
