Having read an earlier version, I’m imagining the movie making that will result from your memoir. I’m excited to pre-order from Bank Square Books, and then get you to sign my copy. You’re going to create many book fans and delight many book clubs. 52 days until this beautiful book is in all our hands. Brava‼️💕📘
I'm so excited for you. I'm trying to reduce the number of books in my house - I've become addicted to Audio Books - but I will definitely make room on my shelf for this one. Having lost a sister to mental illness and a lot of my childhood to alcholicms, I have ways to connect.
Mind if you write about your process? Hello? Have we met? So looking forward to hearing about how this all unfolds. Congratulations.
It's just my experience but writing what really interests you - what you're passionate about - almost guarantees that it won't be boring and will be meaningful to others. So, carry on, my brilliant friend.
My goodness, Maura. I can’t wait to read your book and definitely plan to attend the nearby launch (which should occur while I’m awake I think). Thanks for what I consider a gentle technology put down. And congratulations!
Thanks for sharing. It will be fun to follow your process. Your are very courageous to take on a book project after so many years of shorter writings. Bravo!
Congratulations, Maura! How wonderful! How nerve-wracking, how fun!
I just pre-ordered your book from Bank Square Books. I’d love to get there for your even but not sure that’s going to happen, so I asked them to ask you to sign it to me. They are a great book store. (It was my account when I was the New England rep for Norton, before I retired last year)
As one of the readers who was privileged to read early versions of your memoir, I’m so excited as the “birth” day approaches. You’ve written an unforgettable story, even more powerful for being the truth.
Good news, Maura! I'm looking forward to reading the book. I lost two sisters before I was 18 so I'm interested in learning your story around such loss.
Hi Maura, I can't wait to read your book. I was about to pre-order it from Talking Leaves then realized I want an autographed copy! Will you be at our 50th HAA reunion?
Yes, I absolutely will be at the reunion, but I will send you a book plate that you can put inside the book (I'm having them designed now) and I will be honored to inscribe it for you. Thank you, sweet friend!
I would love that - but not sure a rust belt story would sell in Jersey! Let’s see how it does. In any event it would be great to visit with you and Kathleen!

I can’t wait for YOUR book, my friend!
Congratulations! Any chance it will become an audio book?
I hope so! It’s kind of out of my hands

I will write about everything, my friend. I’m just trying to figure out how to do it without being boring. And making it meaningful for others.

Thank you, Katharine!
Congrats on your new book! It’s a very special kind of excitement to hold the final finished product in your hands.
Good luck, Maura. Can’t wait to read it.
Thank you, Carol!

Thanks, Carole, I think I will learn a lot!
Just pre-ordered. Looking forward to reading!
Thank you, Patrick! It means a lot.
Can’t wait to read it
Best wishes for your book launch!

Suzette, maybe I could pick your brain? I'm a newbie at this. And I would be happy to sign a book!
Thank you! I’m not sure what help I could be but pick away!

I couldn't have done it without your pep talks, Lisa!

Dear Lord, Nina, what a hard thing to go through! I would be honored if you read my book.

I just placed my pre-order. Congratulations on your newly published book!
Great news, my dove. Next time you're in the neighborhood, let's set up a local bookstore gig.
