That hotel maid inspires me to take the citizenship test. We all know many would flunk in this current regime. It should be required testing to serve in elected office!

What a good idea! It’s a tough test! I took it and got 93. But there are some websites with tests that actually have wrong answers so be careful of the site you use.

There are glimmers of hope! Thank you for sharing some. Sandy and I went to the protest in Williamsville. It was well attended and peaceful. It was great to see, we’re not alone! Great seeing you at the reunion my friend.

HAA Strong!!

Loved seeing you, Patty’ here in Connecticut, the town of Guilford (pop. 22,000) hosted a protest and 1,800 attended - nearly 10 percent of the population!

The glimmers of hope were strong in Fort Wayne (ruby red), Indiana, where ~5000 gathered on the Courthouse Green!

I preordered your book when you first posted about it, and I look forward to reading it!

That saying has varying impacts to each of us. In my own life, it is a statement that encourages me to keep moving forward and change, change from the years of submission to a patriarchal religious society to breaking the chains for this present and future generations. Love how you expressed our freedom of choice and to accept each other 💖🌈

New London had a great turnout, Maura, even in the rain. Thanks for sharing your trip to Buffalo with the welcoming signs.

I think everyone who wears a MAGA red cap ought to be required to pass a US citizenship test before they're allowed to wear it.

Maura, I live in a small city in Ohio. Our Democratic Party (county) put on the NO king day rally. I am on their emailing list and was informed of the rally 2 to 3 weeks in advance. I was planning to attend but wasn't able due to health reasons. There was newspaper coverage. And a friend made a video and posted it, so I felt a kinship with the attendees.
